Data Analyst - customer trends (Madison, WI)

Nova Bright Early Learning runs childcare centres in Madison caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 950 people based in Madison. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in licensing records and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on meal programmes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
