Data Analyst - customer trends (Madison, WI)

Stonegate North Learning Group is an education provider in Madison serving students and families, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 605 people based in Madison. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in learning materials and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on school calendars. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
