Data Analyst - customer trends (Louisville, KY)

Foxglove Oak Facilities looks after properties across the Louisville region. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in cleaning schedules and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on contractor visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
