Data Analyst - customer trends (Louisville, KY)

Amberfield Corner Construction Group is a Louisville contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in project schedules and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on materials orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
