Data Analyst - customer trends (Louisville, KY)

Stonegate Orchard Telecom is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in service installations and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on outage reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
