Data Analyst - customer trends (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Ivory Health and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in clinic supplies and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on patient scheduling. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
