Data Analyst - customer trends (Louisville, KY)

Redstone Yarrow Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Louisville, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on outage reports. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
