Data Analyst - customer trends (Louisville, KY)

Redstone Vista Water Authority Group operates treatment plants and pipelines around Louisville, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in treatment plant data and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on capital projects. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
