Data Analyst - customer trends (Louisville, KY)

Nova Linden Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Louisville. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on service complaints. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
