Data Analyst - customer trends (Louisville, KY)

Foxglove Cedar Health is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 369 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in clinic supplies and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on insurance authorisations.
