Data Analyst - customer trends (Little Rock, AR)

Northwind Ember Medical designs and makes medical devices in Little Rock, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 176 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in regulatory submissions and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on production lots. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
