Data Analyst - customer trends (Little Rock, AR)

Highbridge Mill Energy Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for outage response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in outage response and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on service connections. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
