Data Analyst - customer trends (Little Rock, AR)

Fernwood Quill Facilities Group looks after properties across the Little Rock region. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 327 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in contractor visits and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
