Data Analyst - customer trends (Little Rock, AR)

Westbrook Stone Civic Services supports public agencies in Little Rock with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on public records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
