Data Analyst - customer trends (Little Rock, AR)

Rivermark Nest Housing is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in maintenance stores and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on rent assistance. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
