Data Analyst - customer trends (Little Rock, AR)

Silverline Legal Group is a Little Rock practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on court deadlines. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
