Data Analyst - customer trends (Little Rock, AR)

Foxglove Ivory Civic Services works with county and city offices around Little Rock. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 514 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in constituent requests and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on case files. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
