Data Analyst - customer trends (Little Rock, AR)

Cedar Haven Insurance Group is an insurance company in Little Rock with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on customer complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
