Data Analyst - customer trends (Little Rock, AR)

Lumen Vale Community Partners is a Little Rock charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Investigate trends in food distribution and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on benefits enrolment. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
