Data Analyst - customer trends (Little Rock, AR)

Westbrook Clear Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Little Rock. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in field visits and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on network equipment. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
