Data Analyst - customer trends (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Pine Community Partners Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in food distribution and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on client intake. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
