Data Analyst - customer trends (Little Rock, AR)

Amberfield Ivory Inspection Services Associates provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Little Rock. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 646 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in test reports and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on certifications. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
