Data Analyst - customer trends (Little Rock, AR)

Summit Wilder Construction is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in permits and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on project schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
