Data Analyst - customer trends (Las Vegas, NV)

Harborlight Iron Housing is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Investigate trends in lease compliance and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on rent assistance. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
