Data Analyst - customer trends (Las Vegas, NV)

Redstone Mill Civic Services Group provides shared administrative services to local governments around Las Vegas, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 71 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in permits and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on procurement. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
