Data Analyst - customer trends (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Keystone Freight and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on carrier rates.
