Data Analyst - customer trends (Las Vegas, NV)

Ironwood Umber Health is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 543 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on clinic supplies. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
