Data Analyst - customer trends (Las Vegas, NV)

Foxglove Maple Manufacturing Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for machine downtime, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in machine downtime and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on scrap and rework. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
