Data Analyst - customer trends (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Bright Care Services and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in caregiver training and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
