Data Analyst - customer trends (Las Vegas, NV)

Lumen Rook Manufacturing makes precision components in Las Vegas. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in scrap and rework and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on production lines. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
