Data Analyst - customer trends (Las Vegas, NV)

Bright Rook Manufacturing Group makes precision components in Las Vegas. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 227 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on production lines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
