Data Analyst - customer trends (Las Vegas, NV)

Bluepeak Juniper Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Las Vegas. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Investigate trends in work orders and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on supply orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
