Data Analyst - customer trends (Las Vegas, NV)

Foxglove Bridge Care Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in visit scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on caregiver training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
