Data Analyst - customer trends (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Summit Learning Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 498 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in attendance records and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
