Data Analyst - customer trends (Knoxville, TN)

Northwind Fox Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Knoxville. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 563 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in classroom supplies and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
