Data Analyst - customer trends (Knoxville, TN)

Redstone Corner Learning Group is an education provider in Knoxville serving students and families. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on student accounts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
