Data Analyst - customer trends (Knoxville, TN)

Nova Kestrel Community Partners runs community programmes across Knoxville. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in client intake and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on volunteer shifts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
