Data Analyst - customer trends (Knoxville, TN)

Stonegate Umber Banking Services Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for account openings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Investigate trends in account openings and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on card disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
