Data Analyst - customer trends (Knoxville, TN)

Highbridge Ashton Civic Services Partners provides shared administrative services to local governments around Knoxville, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in budget submissions and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on public records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
