Data Analyst - customer trends (Knoxville, TN)

Stonegate Cobalt Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Knoxville. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in training materials and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on production lots. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
