Data Analyst - customer trends (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Pike Construction and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Investigate trends in project schedules and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on permits. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
