Data Analyst - customer trends (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Northwind Loom Property Management Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in maintenance requests and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on rent collection. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
