Data Analyst - customer trends (Kansas City, MO)

Rivermark Hollow Hospitality is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for reviews and feedback, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 64 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in reviews and feedback and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on food costs.
