Data Analyst - customer trends (Kansas City, MO)

Highbridge Keystone Arts Center is an arts centre in Kansas City with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in school partnerships and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on visitor services. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
