Data Analyst - customer trends (Jacksonville, FL)

Clearpath Drift Health is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in clinic supplies and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on electronic records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
