Data Analyst - customer trends (Jacksonville, FL)

Stonegate Sparrow Legal Group is a Jacksonville practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in trust accounts and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on intake forms.
