Data Analyst - customer trends (Jacksonville, FL)

Fernwood Basin Civic Services supports public agencies in Jacksonville with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in case files and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on procurement. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
