Data Analyst - customer trends (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Cedar Ashton Civic Services and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in public records and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on procurement. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
