Data Analyst - customer trends (Jacksonville, FL)

Silverline Wilder Construction is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in permits and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on change orders.
