Data Analyst - customer trends (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Basin Legal Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Investigate trends in intake forms and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on trust accounts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
